Guests consistently praised the hotel's location for its convenience and pleasant surroundings. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with several guests enjoying the quality and variety. However, reviews were mixed on cleanliness and service, with some guests finding rooms and public areas in need of maintenance and refurbishment, and others noting friendly and helpful staff. Bed comfort and room conditions received neutral feedback, with some complaints about beds being two singles pushed together and dated decor.
