Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were extremely dissatisfied with their stay, citing major issues with service, such as being unable to access the property, lack of communication, and unhelpful or absent staff. Cleanliness was a significant concern, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, bedding, and bathrooms. Many guests also complained about poor value for the price and uncomfortable beds. However, a few reviews noted that the location is central, close to the beach and city center, and that some rooms were of decent size with helpful staff in rare cases.
