Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and friendly staff, noting its proximity to attractions and downtown. Many appreciated the unique decor and overall atmosphere. However, several guests were disappointed by the breakfast quality and availability, with multiple mentions of minimal or nonexistent breakfast offerings. Some reviews highlighted issues with bed comfort and cleanliness, such as old mattresses and stained linens. While service was generally well-received, a few guests experienced lapses in amenities and maintenance, including problems with hot water, air conditioning, and noise. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and staff, but improvements in breakfast, comfort, and maintenance are needed.

It seemed like it was everyone who worked at the hotel’s first day. Staff seemed to struggle with the influx of guests due to the local concert.
