Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with the most frequent complaints about poor cleanliness, including dirty rooms, sheets, and bathrooms, as well as pest issues. Many guests were frustrated by the lack of advertised breakfast and poor service from staff, including unhelpful or rude behavior and unmet expectations. Safety concerns, outdated facilities, and misleading advertising were also mentioned. Only a few guests noted positive aspects such as location or bed comfort, but these were rare compared to the negative feedback.

Cons (-) Sheets were dirty that I wasn't comfortable sleeping on the bed. Cigarette burn everywhere. I saw a roach in the bathroom. Also the hallway and the room smelled. It wasn't a bad smell that I could not stand, however it wasn't good either. With this price, I wouldn't recommend.

SABRINA, May 2018
Pros (+) Easy to book and inexpensive.
Cons (-) Fluid stains on furniture, strong chemical air freshener smell, bed head only sheets and thin bed topper, no blanket. I was panhandled at the continental breakfast. There were signs on every door in hallways and common area stating the doors must be left closed by law, yet they were all open.
