Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's location, with many finding it convenient for the railway station and city attractions. Some guests appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, and several mentioned the polite and helpful staff. However, cleanliness was a concern for many, with reports of dirty rooms and bathrooms. Accessibility was also an issue, as the absence of a lift made it difficult for elderly or mobility-impaired guests. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff cooperative, while others noted hidden charges and slow response times.
