Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently highlight the hotel's friendly and helpful service, with several mentioning accommodating staff and positive experiences at reception. Many appreciate the spacious and generally clean rooms, though some note that the hotel is a bit old and could use updates. However, the pool receives consistent criticism for cleanliness and maintenance issues, including reports of it being dirty, cold, or poorly managed. Overall, the hotel is seen as offering good value for the price, with a comfortable atmosphere and satisfactory amenities, but improvements to the pool and some facilities are needed.
