Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often describing it as perfect for exploring the Old Quarter and close to restaurants and attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to detail, with many guests noting how well they were looked after. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with a good variety and quality. While most reviews were positive, a few guests noted issues with cleanliness and bed comfort, and some found the hotel difficult to find or access by car.
