Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the quality of the breakfast, with several highlighting the omelet station and variety. Many found the staff friendly and check-in hosts helpful. However, there were repeated complaints about having to pay for parking, issues with cleanliness in some areas, and inconsistent service, such as delayed towel delivery and housekeeping entering rooms early. Some guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the value received, and a few noted maintenance issues in rooms and public spaces. Overall, the positives centered on location, breakfast, and staff friendliness.

Pros (+) Quiet hotel, clean room, beautiful ambience.
Cons (-) Check in staff was inhospitable, no smiles, would rather be somewhere else.

Pros (+) This hotel is in a good location for my business. There are enough dining locations reasonably close to one isn't stuck with dining from the hotel restaurant (albeit very good).
Cons (-) "Free" WiFi speed is pretty slow. I have much better luck using my phone as a hot-spot. This seems to be a common issue with most hotels though.

Pros (+) Pleasant check in experience, clean rooms, and the cocktail hour made for a very nice stay. It's well laid out, and the parking lot was close and accessible.
Cons (-) I called to the grunt desk in the morning for something. I had to call twice because noone answered my call the first time. Then they didn't deliver the item to my room, and when I went downstairs, the attendant was sitting in the back, reading.
