Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Anjanadri Hill and scenic surroundings. Many reviewers found the staff friendly and helpful, and several enjoyed the food options available. However, there are repeated complaints about inconsistent cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and issues with hot water and electricity. Some guests also felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing poor room conditions and management. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service stand out, improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and value.
