Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location, describing it as convenient, quiet, and close to attractions. Many highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviews noting the warm atmosphere and attentive service. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as varied and delicious, and some guests appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, there were occasional complaints about cleanliness, inconsistent room standards, poor wifi, and some maintenance issues, but overall, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives.
