Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, there are widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and general lack of maintenance. The breakfast was very good! The staff nice and g’welcoming! The location is in scary area of hamburg (the clubs and hockers area) tho the hostel very close to the metro … the people that stayed at the hostel where scary and made a lot of noise at night (probably drunk). Not great if you travel alone…
