Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the exceptional and attentive service, with many describing staff as friendly, helpful, and going above and beyond to assist with requests or issues. The rooms are frequently praised for their spaciousness, comfort, and authentic Japanese style, with private onsens being a standout feature. While the food, especially dinner, receives mixed feedback—some guests find it delicious and beautifully presented, while others feel it could be improved or is not worth the price—most agree that the overall experience is relaxing and serene. The location is described as quiet and scenic, though some mention it can be difficult to access or requires walking uphill. Value for price is viewed as fair by some, but others feel it is expensive for what is offered. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its service, room quality, and tranquil setting.
