Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near popular areas, friendly and attentive service, and great value, especially with complimentary amenities like ramen, drinks, and breakfast. Many found the staff helpful and the overall experience satisfying for the price. However, some guests noted issues with noise, cleanliness, and outdated facilities, though these did not overshadow the positive aspects for most visitors.
