Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel for its outstanding service, with staff frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The location was considered convenient, especially for airport access and city travel. Breakfast received positive mentions for variety and quality. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds also contributed to a pleasant stay. A few guests mentioned dated decor or negative experiences at the attached Japanese restaurant, but these were exceptions to the generally positive feedback.
