Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's service, noting that staff were attentive, helpful, and often went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Many also liked the convenient location, especially its proximity to event venues and shopping centers. However, several guests expressed disappointment with the breakfast quality and variety, as well as issues with cleanliness in some rooms. Noise from nearby events was a common complaint, particularly for rooms close to the event hall. Overall, while service and location stood out positively, improvements in breakfast, cleanliness, and noise insulation are needed.
