Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, often highlighting the scenic views over the Bodensee and the tranquil setting among vineyards. The breakfast received high marks for its quality, variety, and fresh, regional products. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, though a few noted isolated incidents of unfriendliness or lack of professionalism. Cleanliness and room service divided opinions: while some found the property well-kept, others were dissatisfied with the infrequent room cleaning and towel changes. The bathroom design, particularly glass enclosures and limited privacy, was a common point of criticism. Overall, the atmosphere, garden, and amenities contributed positively to guests' experiences.
