Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and the quality of its restaurant, with several mentioning friendly or helpful staff. However, many reviews point out significant issues with service, including rude or unprofessional staff, overcharging, and poor room service. Cleanliness is also a recurring concern, with reports of cockroaches, cigarette smoke, and insufficient housekeeping. Some guests found the rooms small or not as advertised. Overall, while the hotel has strengths in location and dining, improvements are needed in service and cleanliness.
