Guests say
Most guests found the hotel's location convenient and central, and some appreciated the friendliness of certain staff members. However, there were frequent complaints about poor value for money, small room sizes, cleanliness issues, and unhelpful or rude service. Several guests felt the rooms did not match online photos, and amenities were lacking or charged extra. Overall, while the location is a highlight, many guests were dissatisfied with other aspects of their stay.
