Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests were largely dissatisfied with their stay, citing major issues with cleanliness, inaccurate or inconvenient location, poor service, and lack of value for the price paid. Many reviews mentioned dirty rooms, misleading information about the hotel's location, unhelpful staff, and facilities that did not match expectations. Only a few guests noted positive experiences with staff or room quality, but these were exceptions rather than the norm.
