Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's convenient location near the airport and other key sites, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. However, there are significant concerns about the quality of service, including reservation issues, lack of communication, and poor attention from staff. While some guests found the accommodations comfortable and the staff helpful, others experienced problems with room assignments, cleanliness in bathrooms, and general management. Overall, the positives are the location and cleanliness, but service quality is a recurring issue.
