Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its stunning city views, friendly and attentive staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. Many found the atmosphere and panoramic vistas to be highlights of their stay. However, some guests noted issues with bed comfort, discrepancies between photos and actual rooms, and challenges with the location, such as steep or narrow access roads. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding the view and service.
