Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were dissatisfied with their stay at this hotel. Many reviews mention issues with the hotel's location, describing it as difficult to access, especially for those without a car or for elderly guests. Service was frequently criticized, with guests citing unfriendly or inattentive staff, slow response times, and poor restaurant service. Noise was a common complaint, with thin walls and loud environments making it hard for guests to rest. The breakfast and food quality were also found lacking, with limited variety and poor taste. Parking was problematic, with limited or inconvenient spaces and extra charges. While some guests appreciated the pool, jacuzzi, and views, the negatives outweighed the positives for most reviewers.
