Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and cleanliness, with many finding the rooms comfortable and the staff generally helpful. However, a major recurring complaint was the distance to the parking lot, which many found inconvenient and far from the hotel. Some guests also experienced issues with noise, service inconsistencies, and lack of certain amenities, but overall, the positives of location and cleanliness stood out.
