Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location and occasionally the friendliness of some staff members, especially in the restaurant. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unhelpful or inattentive staff, slow restaurant service, and problems with amenities like towels and room requests. Cleanliness and maintenance are also concerns, with several guests noting old or poorly maintained rooms and insufficient cleaning. Value for money is a major complaint, with guests feeling overcharged, especially during events. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some enjoying it but others finding it lacking or poorly managed.
