Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, finding it convenient and close to key attractions. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and issues such as insects and stained linens. Bathrooms were a major source of dissatisfaction, frequently described as small, poorly maintained, and having plumbing problems or bad smells. Service also received criticism, particularly regarding unhelpful staff and billing issues. While some guests appreciated amenities like the pool, these positives were often overshadowed by the hotel's maintenance and hygiene problems.
