Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing significant cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, presence of cockroaches, and lack of proper housekeeping. Service was often described as unhelpful or rude, with some guests experiencing problems with staff attitudes, lack of front desk support, and difficulties obtaining refunds or assistance. While a few reviews mentioned positive aspects like room size, bed comfort, or value, these were overshadowed by the negative experiences. A handful of guests did note clean rooms and friendly staff, but these were exceptions rather than the norm.
