Guests say
Guests frequently mention issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Service is another area of concern, with several guests reporting unhelpful or inattentive staff, problems with check-in, and difficulties resolving issues. Breakfast is available and sometimes appreciated, but opinions are mixed, with some guests finding the selection limited or unappealing. A few guests note that some rooms are quiet and comfortable, but overall, consistent problems with cleanliness and service detract from the experience.
