Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and quality breakfast, noting easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the airport. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, particularly at the front desk, describing staff as rude or unhelpful in several cases. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some guests finding their rooms clean while others reported unpleasant odors, leftover items, and dust. The pool area received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others encountering maintenance problems. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out positively, service and cleanliness were areas of concern for multiple guests.
