Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's amenities, especially the recreational activities and family-friendly features like pools and animal encounters. Many reviews highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly at reception and in accommodating special needs. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. However, there were repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds, outdated rooms, lack of maintenance, and issues with cleanliness and room facilities, which detracted from the overall experience for some guests.
