Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's beautiful, tranquil location and lovely surroundings, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and exploring the region. The rooms are often described as spacious and well-equipped, with some guests highlighting the comfortable beds and views. However, reviews are mixed regarding service, with some staff members receiving high praise for their friendliness and professionalism, while others are noted as inconsistent or unhelpful. Cleanliness and maintenance issues are mentioned, particularly with older facilities and occasional lapses in upkeep. The restaurant and breakfast offerings receive both compliments for quality and criticism for limited selection or high prices. The pool and garden areas are appreciated, though some guests note a lack of service or amenities by the pool. Overall, the hotel is seen as charming and relaxing, but with room for improvement in service consistency and facility maintenance.
