Overall, guests praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and spacious accommodations. While some reviews highlighted issues such as lack of facilities, closed amenities, and dated decor, the positive experiences with service, cleanliness, and room comfort stood out. Many guests felt the hotel offered good value for money, especially for short stays or budget travelers. However, several guests noted the absence of breakfast, restaurant, or leisure facilities due to renovations, and a few mentioned problems with room maintenance or noise. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment was favorable for the core aspects of service, location, and comfort.
