Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and professional staff, and the quality of the breakfast. The location was highlighted as convenient, especially for airport access, though a few found it tricky to find. However, the most common complaint was the elevator being out of service for an extended period, causing inconvenience for guests with mobility issues and those carrying luggage. Other minor issues included occasional noise, maintenance needs, and breakfast staff attentiveness. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with many guests recommending the hotel for its cleanliness, service, and amenities.
