Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlighted the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Breakfast received positive mentions for both quality and variety, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. However, a recurring complaint was the extra charge for parking, which many guests felt should have been included in the room rate.
