Police presence upon arrival should have clued me in immediately but it was extremely late and I was exhausted. Swimming pool/hot tub out of order. Room smelled strongly of urine. Bathtub had paint stains (I assume paint). Got 4-5 hrs of sleep and left. Extremely poor value for price.

That place is going down quick. You get what you pay for. Lower your expectations, and it should be an overall good experience.
