Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel for its outstanding service, friendly and attentive staff, and prime location in the heart of Granada, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast is frequently highlighted as exceptional, with many enjoying the variety and quality offered. Many reviewers also note the beautiful decor and comfortable rooms, though a few mention that some rooms are small or could use more storage. While most experiences are positive, there are occasional complaints about noise from events or the rooftop bar, and some felt the hotel was not truly pet-friendly. Overall, guests find the hotel to be a luxurious and welcoming place to stay.
