Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and dining areas, as well as issues with towels and bed linens. The location was also a common complaint, with many finding it far from the beach and not as described. Breakfast and food quality were often criticized for lack of variety and poor taste, though a few guests found the food acceptable. On the positive side, the staff received praise for being friendly and helpful, and several guests enjoyed the pool facilities. Overall, while service and the pool were highlights, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, location accuracy, and food quality.
