Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach and city center, as well as the spaciousness of the rooms. However, many express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of common areas and rooms, and there are frequent complaints about the lack of variety and quality in the food, especially for an all-inclusive offering. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others report unfulfilled promises or lack of attention. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its proximity to attractions and comfortable room sizes, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and food variety.
