Guests consistently praised the hotel's pool, convenient location near attractions like Red Rocks Amphitheater, and the friendly, helpful staff. Many found the property clean and appreciated amenities such as the bar and gym. However, several reviews noted issues with room and bathroom size, outdated decor, soft or uncomfortable beds, and extra charges for breakfast and WiFi. Some guests also mentioned problems with air conditioning, noise, and value for the price. Despite these drawbacks, the positive experiences with the pool, staff, and location stood out.
