Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. While many praised the breakfast variety, beautiful atmosphere, and some friendly staff, there were frequent complaints about poor service, especially at the front desk and towards certain nationalities. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with several guests noting dirty rooms or poor hygiene. The location was generally seen as convenient but sometimes challenging for guests with mobility issues. Overall, the hotel offers enjoyable amenities and atmosphere, but service and cleanliness need improvement.
