Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for access to local attractions and family activities. The pool was a highlight for many, particularly families with children. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, worn carpets, and stained bedding. Breakfast received mixed reviews, with some finding it lacking in quality or variety. Bed comfort was also a concern for a number of guests, who described uncomfortable or inadequate bedding. Despite these drawbacks, friendly staff and spacious rooms were noted as positives.

Okay
Joelle, May 2026
Paid for the hotel a week early. Was told when checking in there is a $10 fee for parking our car in the hotel parking lot and that I needed to pay an additional $50 which would be refumded. The room was clean however the bathroom smelled of heavy cleaning product that stayed in the air the whole night.

Pros (+) We wanted to break up a 7 hour trip because we have a little one. We decided to stay at this hotel because of its amenities. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were very clean and quiet, and the pool was great and we loved the kids section. We will most certainly be staying here again!
