Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location near Queen's Park and good public transport connections. The on-site restaurant and bar were also positively mentioned, along with the overall value for money. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, aging facilities, and some discomfort with beds. Noise from the bar and street, as well as maintenance issues like broken windows and poor lighting, were also mentioned. Despite these drawbacks, the positive atmosphere and service stood out for many guests.
