Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access public transport, restaurants, and attractions. Many found the rooms spacious and comfortable, and several highlighted the friendly and helpful staff. However, there were recurring complaints about noise from nearby bars and streets, some issues with room assignments and cleanliness, and mixed feedback on breakfast variety and service efficiency. Accessibility was a concern for some due to stairs and elevator placement. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and room comfort, with some areas needing improvement.
