Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful service from staff, as well as the good value for the price. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained carpets, and poorly maintained bathrooms. The pool was mentioned as an amenity, though experiences were mixed due to maintenance or temperature. While some guests found the location and parking convenient, the overall impression was affected by noise, outdated facilities, and inconsistent housekeeping.

Wonderful
Adrian, Jan 2017
Pros (+) Room was comfortable, the pet fee for a dog was very reasonable, beds were comfortable although pretty bouncy, booking online got us free breakfast in the attached restaurant, and the coffee's nice and strong.
Cons (-) We overshot a bit on the heater in the room and then couldn't figure out how to cool it off again - had to just leave the door open for a while. That's our fault but climate control really shouldn't be that hard to understand.
