Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and peaceful location, with many highlighting the stunning views of Mount Etna and the surrounding scenery. The pool and breakfast offerings received high marks for quality and enjoyment. While service was sometimes described as excellent and attentive, several guests reported disappointing or inconsistent experiences, particularly regarding special requests and allergy handling. Noise from a nearby train line was a common complaint, affecting the overall tranquility for some visitors. Overall, the hotel is celebrated for its setting, amenities, and atmosphere, but could improve on service consistency and soundproofing.
