Pros (+) The receptionist was nice.
Cons (-) When we got to our room it was dirty still. There was a pile of bath towels on the bathroom floor and the bed wasn’t made. We went back to the front desk and the receptionist offered us a room at the Eisenhower next door. When we got to our new room the bathtub had back mold covering the tub and the drain was completely clogged. So we went back to Aspire and asked if we could just wait for the roo...

Poor
Kyra, Sept 2019
Cons (-) I was right to be skeptical based on previous reviews. Upon arrival our door was unlocked. One of the comforters had blood on it and the blankets provided upon complaining were dirty and full of cigarette holes as big as quarters. The floor was not vacuumed at all. The only positive was the size of the room. My daughter slept with her sweatshirt hoodie up because of the stains on the pillows. Just...

Pros (+) The staff was pleasant and rooms were very large. Facility is huge.
Cons (-) The hotel is very dark and poorly lit. The hot tub was not usable and did not look like it was going to be fixed anytime soon. Room was very nice size with two king beds but again very poorly lit.

Pros (+) Front desk staff is very nice. Overall comfortable rooms.
Cons (-) Deli/market woman seem very agitated when we walk in the store. As soon as we started looking at what is available, she quickly ask loudly "CAN I HELP YOU!!!!!!!" We smile but she gave the most scary look that said " GET OUT, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE!!" Must be racist since the other white people were greeted nicely but we were not since we are not white!! Will avoid entering there again!! Never f...
