Guests say
Overall, guests were highly satisfied with their stay, frequently praising the delicious and plentiful food, the spacious and clean rooms, and the attentive and friendly service provided by the staff. Many appreciated the authentic Japanese experience, the comfort of the in-room and public onsen baths, and the relaxing atmosphere. While some mentioned minor issues such as room bedding comfort, language barriers with staff, or small maintenance concerns, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a recommended choice for a relaxing getaway.
