Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location in George Town, the friendly and helpful staff, and the unique, charming atmosphere of the historic building. Many highlighted the beautiful pool area as a relaxing retreat. However, there were some negative experiences mentioned, including issues with breakfast quality, occasional noise from events, and isolated concerns about cleanliness and security.
