Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, stained linens, and unclean bathrooms. Service was also criticized, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff and issues such as unexpected extra charges. While the value for money was considered average to good by some, expectations should be managed due to the basic amenities and lack of promised facilities like elevators. The hotel's location was generally appreciated for its convenience, especially for short stays or budget-conscious travelers. A few positive remarks highlighted friendly staff and comfortable stays, but these were exceptions.
