Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were very dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. The pool area received frequent complaints about being cold, unclean, or unsafe, and many amenities such as vending machines, ice machines, and exercise rooms were broken or missing. Service was often described as understaffed or unhelpful, though a few guests noted that some staff members worked hard despite difficult circumstances. The location was one of the few consistently positive aspects, with several guests appreciating its convenience to the highway.
