Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests found the hotel to be clean and conveniently located for airport access, with several reviews highlighting easy shuttle or walking routes. Cleanliness was consistently praised, and some guests mentioned good value for money and decent breakfast options. However, there were notable complaints about inflexible service, paid wifi, small or noisy rooms, and limited amenities. While some staff were described as friendly, others were seen as unhelpful, especially regarding booking issues. The hotel is suitable for short stays before flights, but may not meet all expectations for comfort or service.

Great sop over venue for Gatwick. Easily accessible via taxi or the shuttle bus. Efficient checkin. Nice breakfast. Comfy beds. Good price. What more can you ask for.

Pros (+) The room and bed were fine
Cons (-) My supper of half a chicken with slaw was inedible .The chips were soggy and cold, the chicken was dry and overcooked and serving it on a bed of lettuce made sure it was luke warm .Very disappointing.
